Damaged Goods

Should you receive goods that arrive damaged you must advise us within seven days of receipt by email. The goods should be returned by a courier that issues a tracking number.

Faulty Goods

If goods are deemed faulty please return within seven days and a full refund will be given or replacement goods supplied.

Cancellation Rights

Under the UK's "Distance Selling Regulations", you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. To cancel this contract, simply advise us in writing detailing your Name, Address and give the reason "Cancellation of Contract".

Cancellation Policy

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase if boxed, unused and in perfect condition, whereby a refund will be given immediately upon receipt of the goods at our premises. Please ensure the goods are packaged securely and sent with a courier on a sign for service. In the event of a cancellation the Customer is responsible for any postal charges incurred.

All credit & debit card details are taken and processed by our secure payment provider ‘Shopify Paymnets” Discountbowls do not handle your card details and at no point have access to them. Shopify Payments notify us when a successful payment is made. We will not seek to sell, share or rent this information to others in any way which differs from what is disclosed in this statement.
